About Me

I build products by listening first — to clients, to data, and to the teams around me.

I'm a product manager with roots in data analytics and a strong background in B2B SaaS. My work sits at the crossroads of client discovery, cross-functional delivery, and strategic roadmap thinking.

At Sportradar's Vaix team I focus on AI-powered personalisation features for sportsbook operators worldwide. I've taken features from discovery to delivery — interviewing clients to surface real pain points, translating them into clear requirements, and working closely with engineering to ship things that matter.

Before moving fully into product, I spent years in data analysis and business intelligence — which means I'm comfortable with numbers, comfortable with ambiguity, and very comfortable asking "why?".

More Than a Toolbox

Yes, I know
the tools.
That's the easy part.

The harder part — and the part I genuinely love — is knowing which problem to solve, who to talk to, and how to bring a team along for the ride. Tools are means. Curiosity, judgment, and the ability to hold ambiguity without panicking — that's the actual job.

The real skill set
Curiosity
before
frameworks.
I've never solved a problem by picking the right tool first. I've solved them by asking better questions.

How I Work

I enjoy working with people and understanding their challenges from their perspective. I ask questions, explore a bit deeper, and try to connect the dots. This usually helps me find opportunities that are not obvious at first.
01 Start with a conversation — find the real opportunity behind the ask
02 Cross-functional trust is the real product
03 Ship, learn, iterate — in that order
04 Clarity beats cleverness every time
05 The best ideas come from listening, not presenting

Let's Connect

Open to new
conversations.

Whether you're building a product team, looking for a PM who gets close to clients, or just want to exchange ideas — I'd love to hear from you.
